If you are not already a user of ConfSys, you need to sign up(see http://confsys.encs.concordia.ca/index.php).
Point your browser to the ConfSys site. Navigate to the event C3S2E > C3S2E13 by using the [Change Event] link. Once you are in this event, it would be displayed as the Current Event. Use the 'My Registration' link under the My Account function. Choose the correct registration and add-on options. The payment is on line using a secure third party system: it accepts the most common credit cards.
